Dear SRJC Community, 

I am writing to share an update on our Human Resources department leadership team.   

Vice President of Human Resources Alia Dunphy will continue to be away from the office through July 31, 2026. During this time, Vice President Kate Jolley will remain as Interim Vice President of Human Resources and will work with the HR team to support employees, managers, and departments across the District. Kate will continue in her role overseeing the financial areas of the District. 

I am confident in the leadership of our District team and in our continued ability to support our employees and the SRJC community. Thank you for the care, collaboration, and professionalism you bring to our work every day.
