November 12, 2025, Santa Rosa, CA – The Santa Rosa Junior College Jazz Combos, directed by Bennett Friedman, will present their Fall Concert on Wednesday, Nov. 26, at 7:30 PM in Newman Auditorium on the Santa Rosa campus. 
 

The concert will feature the premiere of an original student composition titled “Arugula” by pianist Robbie Paterson. Also featured will be original arrangements of jazz classics, such as Dizzy Gillespie’s “A Night in Tunisia” and “Legend of the One-eyed Sailor” by Chuck Mangione. The three combos are made up of the best college-age jazz musicians, as well as some of Sonoma County’s exceptional seasoned professionals.
 

Admission is $10, cash only.  Tickets will be available for purchase at the door only.  Parking on the SRJC campus is $4. 
 

Proceeds of the event benefit the SRJC Foundation Jazz Studies fund.
