We are now in full swing with the Fall 2024 semester. I am pleased to share updates across several initiatives as part of our IDEAA: Institutional and Workplace Culture Initiatives priority.
August 26, 2024, Welcome to the Fall 2024 semester. I want to extend a warm welcome to all our new and returning students as you continue along your educational journey. Your experience and success at SRJC are at the center of our work and I am committed to creating a safe, healthy, and supportive environment for you.
August 19, 2024, During the Fall 2024 PDA Plenary, I shared the District's commitment to creating a safe, healthy, and supportive environment for both students and employees to learn and work. We have recently embarked on a District-wide effort to build community and excellence by creating a culture of belonging for everyone.
July 17, 2024, As part of my commitment to transparency and clear communication which I shared about a few weeks ago, I am providing an update on two initiatives – Fostering Open Dialogue & Community Engagement and Operational Assessments & Changes.

April 12, 2024, At today’s College Forum, I announced a call for participation in a District wide IDEAA Taskforce in response to College Council’s recommendation to create this advisory group at their March 7th and April 4th meetings.
March 15, 2024, As part of my commitment to center IDEAA principles and provide frequent updates on the work we are undertaking, I want to share information on four important initiatives that are underway in the District:
March 1, 2024, Affirming that Santa Rosa Junior College’s commitment to building inclusivity and belonging among our students and employees underscores that there is no room for hate speech in our community.
