March 11, 2026, Santa Rosa, CA — Santa Rosa Junior College (SRJC) invites community members, students, employees, and local leaders to attend a ribbon-cutting ceremony celebrating the grand opening of the SRJC Roseland Welcome Center.

The celebration will take place on Saturday, March 28, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at SRJC Roseland, 950 S. Wright Road, Santa Rosa, CA 95407.

The new Welcome Center represents SRJC’s continued commitment to serving the Roseland community and strengthening the college’s presence in Southwest Santa Rosa. This space is designed to be a welcoming hub for students and community members, a place where people can gather, ask questions, receive guidance, and connect with available programs and support. 

“We want every member of our community to feel that Santa Rosa Junior College is a place where they belong and where they can pursue their personal and academic goals,” said SRJC Superintendent/President Dr. Angélica Garcia. “The opening of the Roseland Welcome Center reflects our commitment to this community and to ensuring that educational opportunities remain accessible to the residents and families we serve.”

The event will feature remarks from college leaders and community partners, followed by the official ribbon-cutting ceremony. Guests will have the opportunity to tour the new space and learn more about the services and programs available at the Roseland campus.

Community members are invited to attend and celebrate this milestone for SRJC and the Roseland community.
